Zippy Shredded Pork
Ingredients
- 2 lb Pork Tenderloin
- 1 16 oz Jar Salsa
- 1 Can Green Chilies
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Place loin in crockpot and season to taste.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8.
- Shred pork with two forks and serve.
