Chocolate-Berry Trifles

How about something light and sweet today?
This yummy little Chocolate- Berry Trifle recipe comes from the brand new 101 Easy Everyday Recipes cookbook that I am currently obsessed with.
It is so simple… and really soothes that sweet tooth for those of us trying to fit in an ahem… dress.
You just take 1/4 cup of blueberries and crush them up in a bowl.
Throw in some more blueberries…
Sliced strawberries and raspberries…
Mix them up…
Now cube up some angel food cake and put a few pieces in the bottom of a serving glass.
Throw on a layer of berries
A little drizzle of chocolate.
Some fat free Cool Whip… and repeat…
Yum!
If you don’t like chocolate, see a doctor just omit it.

Love the "see a doctor" you crossed out! Just enough sweetness to hit the spot but not so much that you lose track of the DRESS. 🙂
