Sandwich on a Stick

Want to jazz up a lunch and make it a little more fun?

Check out these Sandwich Pops or Sandwich on a Stick as they are called in Gooseberry Patch’s yet-to-be released 101 Hearty Recipes that I have had the pleasure of reviewing thanks to the Patch.

Would you like to win a copy before you can buy it thanks to my friends at Gooseberry Patch?

Just pop over to my giveaway post and enter up to 12 times!

This fun idea is super versatile and interchangeable depending on any picky eaters you may have… not sayin’ that you do…

I started out by grabbing a loaf of “Everything” Bread… it is a lot like Everything Bagels…

I cubed it up and prepared my other components.

Cubed Turkey…

Chopped pickles…

Cherry and grape tomatoes…

Cubed ham…( and cheese cubes- not pictured 🙁 )

Now just layer them on skewers per your taste.

It could be pickle, bread, turkey, tomato, bread, turkey, tomato, bread, pickle…

Or what about just some ham and cheese? (Miss Add’s preferred)

Or, turkey and cheese with a tomato on top?

Or a rainbow of tomatoes and ham… yum!

Serve up with a side of mustard, mayo or ranch.
