Are you looking for something quick, easy and quite yummy?

Look no further, Dear Reader.

This fantastic Nacho Chicken Dip is from Gooseberry Patch’s yet-to-be released 101 Hearty Recipes that I have had the pleasure of reviewing thanks to the Patch.

Would you like to win a copy before you can buy it thanks to my friends at Gooseberry Patch?

Just pop over to my giveaway post and enter up to 12 times!

The best part of this recipe? It only has four ingredients! The first of which is a can of refried beans.

You start out by spreading the beans in the bottom of a lightly greased 1 quart casserole dish.

Add 12 oz of canned or frozen chicken. As you probably already know, I am a big fan of the frozen stuff 😉

Next up, a jar of your favorite salsa…

Spread the salsa over the top of the chicken…

Add 8 oz of shredded cheese on top…

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Enjoy!

I am going to have to try this.  Though I might have to try it once without the beans.
