Relationship in Process

A month or so ago I decided enough was enough and that I needed to tackle my relationship with one of those difficult people in my life… a co-worker.

You know the type. The kind that can take something (anything, really) positive and turn it into something so negative in no time flat. (seconds really, I’ve timed her.)

No matter what I’d do, she would claim I was just pushing her buttons and used it as an excuse to tear everything to pieces and leave me in a pile of mush anytime I tried to interact with her.

Now typically I try to avoid folks like that… figuring we just aren’t made for each other.

But I don’t know what it was, but something told me there was something more to her… if I could just get past her grating on my nerves, maybe just maybe we could work together for a change.

Food Processor

Meet Cuisey.

My food processor.

We did agree on one thing, that we were going to have to work together or one of us was going to have to go.

Things started off a little rough… choppy even and I began to wonder if we’d ever get past our issues…

To Be Continued…

ooooh. I can’t wait to see how this turns out. I have a similar situation going. She wants to be my friend, but I’m all like, “I don’t know if I have time to figure you out.”

Oh I totally get where you are coming from… it isn’t like she is easy to get to know either!

The #PursePact is what is keeping me trying… even when she grates on my nerves 😉

Goofy! Now I can’t wait to see the next installment. I haven’t let Cuisy into my life yet, but I have been tempted based on how others interact with her. I will be curious to see how you resolve your situation.
