Have you ever had a really good (GOODe ;)) S’more?
I mean ooey, gooey s’more?
A perfectly toasted s’more is really hard to beat… so when Hershey asked me to join them at HERSHEY’S CAMP BONDFIRE and whip up some s’mores… I was game.
We LOVE holding campfires and singing and marshmallowing and s’moring…
What I wasn’t expecting was a drought and burn ban in my area…
So we got a little creative… and I have to tell you, believe it or not, I am sold on indoor s’mores almost as much as outdoor ones!
First up I turned on my oven broiler…
Then I grabbed my supplies… marshmallows, graham crackers and ….
I broke the Hershey bars into fourths and each graham cracker in half…
I placed four pieces of graham crackers on a cookie sheet and topped with a piece of chocolate.
Then four more pieces of graham crackers and four marshmallows on top.
Pop the pan in the broiler and rotate pan at 1 minute.
Then remove pan at 2 minutes…
Perfectly toasted… no one would know that no campfires were used in the roasting of this marshmallow!
Now put the lids on…
And the best part… SMOOSH!
The result? Toasted graham crackers with ooey gooey marshmallows and creamy melted Hershey’s chocolate…
This would be a definite “kid approved” recipe…
Miss Add was all about the smooshing… and the eating 😉
