Last FREEZE-O-RAMA I made Alabama Turkey Noodle Soup
This yummy twist on a common soup comes from Gooseberry Patch’s Autumn in the Country.
I heated 1 T of oil in a pot.
Then added 1 onion chopped and 2 cloves minced onion
2 Cups Chopped Celery
2 Cups Chopped Carrots
6 Green Onions Chopped
Then add 1 can French Onion Soup and 6 Cups Chicken Broth
And add some seasonings to taste.
And then some salt and pepper
Then 3 cups chopped turkey
And 2 Cups Amish Noodles…Yum!
I always think they look like rubber bands… just sayin’
Perfect for a chilly fall night!
And perfect frozen up in lunch size portions for an anytime treat!
Yum!
