Who doesn’t love cookie dough? This fun twist on a cheese ball can be found in Gooseberry Patch’s Sweet & Simple.

You take 8 oz softened cream cheese and mix it with

A stick of softened butter

And 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla

Add in 1/2 cup of powdered sugar

And  3 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar

Fold in 3/4 cup of mini chocolate chips

Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours…

Truth be told, my guests and I couldn’t wait that long, so our ball was more like a dip… but it sure did taste GOODe!

So wait as long as you can… then roll that baby in chopped pecans 😉 I won’t judge you if you can’t wait…

Serve up with some graham crackers. Yum!

I’m hoping that I’ll wait until a holiday to make this stuff. It truly looks irresistible, especially rolled in pecans!!
