A great way to take a great steak to the next level.

Stick Light Butter- Softened

Kosher Salt
1/4
t
Shallot Pepper or Black Pepper

Garlic Cloves- Minced

Liquid Smoke

T
Fresh Herbs- Minced

Steaks-Broiled or Grilled
Instructions
Mix together butter, salt, pepper, garlic and Liquid Smoke.
Place herbs on plastic wrap and top with the butter.
Form into a log and place in the freezer.
Top finished steaks with 1 T of the Steak Butter
