“Fried” Baked Chicken

- 10 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs (or breasts or other preferred cut)
- 3 Egg Whites
- 2-3 Cups Italian Flavored Panko Bread Crumbs
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Take your egg whites and place in a shallow bowl.
Place bread crumbs and seasonings in a gallon size baggie and shake to mix.
Coat chicken pieces in egg whites before placing into the baggie a couple pieces at a time to toss and coat.
Place coated chicken in two greased 9 x13 pans and bake at 350 (turning half way through) for 30-40 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165. (I usually cook it to 170).
