Instructions
Cut steak into thin slices
Slice green, red and yellow peppers into thin slices
Slice onion into thin slices
Combine cummin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, crushed red pepper and black pepper
Combine steak, peppers and onion in a bowl and toss with spice mixture
Put olive oil in large, deep skillet and cook steak, peppers and onion over medium-high heat
Cook until the steak is brown and onion is tender
Serve on warm tortillas
