A modern board game that packs a lot of fun in a little box is Tinderblox. This simple little game will have everyone fired up, in a good way.
Tinderblox is a perfect example of what I just love about modern board gaming.
You can teach others to play it in 30 seconds, every game is different and it is a blast to play for hours.
At its heart, Tinderblox is simply the task of building a little fire with blocks of wood according to the card you draw.
But when you play it with a group, their choices impact your turn and everyone is glued to every action.
This game feels a bit like Jenga meets Operation with a camping theme.
I love how unique it is and it oftentimes surprises new players at just how fun it can be.
