Another great thing about this Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse is it can be made with low sugar ingredients if need be or full sugar depending on who you are sharing it with… I mean, if you decide to share 😉

Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse

Great easy dessert recipe for Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse from Gooseberry Patch’s Our Favorite Recipes Under 400 Calories.

Servings: 6 -8

Ingredients

  • 1 Small Box Instant Chocolate Pudding Sugar Free/Fat Free Optional
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 8 oz Cool Whip

Instructions

  • Prepare pudding with milk according to box until set.
  • Mix in peanut butter well.
  • Spoon pudding into 6-8 containers and top with whipped topping.

    I haven’t made this but something similar-I add PB2 powder to my sugar free chocolate ot cheesecake pudding mix. 3 T or to your taste. It great

    If possible, can we use Almond mink in this?

      Hi Colleen-
      I am not sure. I have never used almond milk to make pudding, but if that usually turns out for you, I would assume it would work in this too.
