Teriyaki Chicken

The other night I was running around doing a million and one things and Puddie offered to whip up the Teriyaki Chicken that we were supposed to have for dinner.
Gotta a love that my man can cook 😉
So he grabbed Gooseberry Patch’s Quick and Easy Christmas and got down to bizzness…
Psst… Today is the last day to enter to win this cookbook BEFORE you can buy it!
Puddie assembled his ingredients and then started adding things to a medium hot skillet.
First up, 2/3 Cup Soy Sauce
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/4 t Ground Ginger and 1/8 t Garlic Powder
He whisked that up and heated it through.
Then he added chicken and he let it simmer for about 30 minutes until the chicken was cooked through. He basted the chicken throughout the 30 minutes…
Ta Dah!
Miss Add just LOVED this chicken.

I am always jealous of women who have husbands who volunteer to make their lives easier. Mine was not trained properly! His chicken looks delish…thanks for linking up to Hunk of Meat Monday .
