I would love to see some cookie ideas (easy ones of course) that look fancy, but are not too complicated to make.

I love to bake – anything – but since it’s Christmas and I only bake cookies during this time of year (I try to resist eating too many sweets on a regular basis, only as a treat), I love to bake cookies. Each kind is special since it is a treat and I only eat them once a year. 🙂

What would I like to see on Goodeness Gracious? Nothing really comes to mind. I would just suggest that you keep doing what you are doing – because you do it well.

I just love to bake all year long, but at Christmas, I love making Red Velvet cakes, Shortbread squares, and this year I’m making the Italian three layer Rainbow Cookies!

I like to bake a couple of different recipes that my mother has always made for Christmas cookies: Swedish Ginger Cookies, and Oatmeal coconut ice box cookies!
