Easy Cinnamon Roll Coffee Cake and Folgers Perfect Measures

Cris here. When Folgers reached out to me about their new Perfect Measures product and I decided to partner with them to bring you this post, I knew I had to make a coffee cake to share with you! I have always LOVED coffee cake. And, with the holidays coming up, I had this idea in mind for how to make a coffee cake super simple to throw in the oven for those busy holiday mornings.

Easy Cinnamon Roll Coffee Cake

The secret to this super easy recipe is to use cinnamon rolls as your base! I just took a big pack of cinnamon rolls and rolled them around each other to make my cake. Then all you gotta do is just top with favorite crisp or crumble topping. I just used a box mix for an 8×8 crisp. (If you can’t find a pre-made mix, you can always use the topping from this recipe. It seemed like a lot of topping at first, but when the cinnamon roll base baked up it was all perfect. Now, while that bakes up… let’s pour  us a nice big cup of coffee and talk a little about Folgers Perfect Measures.

Once hot out of the oven, I topped with the cinnamon roll icing that came with my cinnamon rolls and served it up piping hot with a nice cup of coffee.

Easy Cinnamon Roll Coffee Cake and Folgers Perfect Measures

Ingredients

• 17.5 oz Roll Large Cinnamon Rolls
• 10 oz Box Crisp Topping- Prepared with Butter

Instructions

• Place one cinnamon roll in the center of a square pan.
• Unroll remaining cinnamon rolls and wrap around the center roll to make one huge cinnamon roll.
• Top with prepared crisp topping
• Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until center of coffee cake is done.
• Drizzle cinnamon roll icing on top of warm cake.
• Best served warm straight out of the oven with a cup of coffee.
