Dear Readers-

I have been married for over 13 years to Puddie and yet there are times that I am still shocked at the brilliance in what he can come up with…

Case in point… tonight’s Super Mommy (ahem… Daddy) Secret…

We may or may not need to be bringing in a boatload of mashed potatoes to the Preschool Thanksgiving Pitch In tomorrow morning… so tonight meant peeling and chopping up lots and lots and lots of taters…

So what did Puddie do?

He cut his potatoes in half…

And then the smarty pants grabbed an apple slicer and chopped them babies up in no time flat!

Cutting Up Potatoes Super Fast

Now that is a tip I will be using from now on!

What about you? What is your favorite shortcut in the kitchen?

Love this! I use a kitchen shear for everything…cutting up chicken, quesedillas, cutting grapes in half, snipping herbs…to name a few.
