Crockpot Crab Rangoon Dip

Crab Rangoon Dip copy

Dear Reader-

We continue Crockpot week and our tour of my favorite crockpot cookbook- Slow Cooking All Year ‘Round (Have you entered to win it yet?) with yummy Crab Rangoon Dip!

This delicious unique dip has all the flavors of the takeout favorite.

Crockpot Crab Rangoon Dip

Start with two (8 oz) packages of imitation crab or two (6 oz) cans of crab meat- drained and flaked.

Add two 8 oz packages of cream cheese (softened)

Cream of Shrimp

Add 1 can of Cream of Shrimp soup

soy sauceAdd 1 t Worcestershire Sauce, 2 t Soy Sauce and 1 t. lemon juice…

And an optional 2 T Sugar if you like your Crab Rangoon a little sweet…

Green OnionAdd 1 Chopped Green Onion and stir well.

Cook on Low for 2-3 hours and serve up with rice crackers or flavored crackers (we like the chicken flavored crackers with this…)

Crockpot Crab Rangoon Dip

Delicious crowd-pleasing party crockpot dip that tastes like the favorite Chinese takeout treat from Gooseberry Patch's new Slow Cooking Year 'Round.

Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 8 oz Packages Imitation Crab or 6 oz Cans Crabmeat Drained
  • 1 Can Cream of Shrimp Soup
  • 1 Green Onion Chopped
  • 1 t Lemon Juice
  • 2 t Soy Sauce
  • 1 t Worcestershire Sauce
  • Optional 2 T Sugar

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a 3-4 qt Crockpot and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
  • Serve with Rice Crackers or Flavored Crackers
