Ingredients
3cupsone big handful spinach
1/3cupskim milk
2Tablespoonscreamy peanut butter
1Tablespoonhoney
1/2teaspooncinnamon
1scoop vanilla flavored whey protein powder
1handful of ice
1cupof cold water
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. (We LOVE using our BlendTec blender to make this smoothie very smooth and frothy.)
