Peachy Pork Kabobs

Ingredients

peaches
halved, pitted and cut into 6 wedges
1
sweet onion
cut into 6 wedges
1 1/2
lbs
of pork tenderloin
cut into cubes
6-8
skewers
honey bbq sauce
cooked brown rice
Instructions
Cut your peach and onion slices in half across the middle so that they are chunks
Take your skewers and slide on your pieces of pork, peach and onion on it
Make sure you alternate as you go leaving space between your pieces
Place skewers on your grill over medium-high heat for approximately 15 minutes, until the juices run clear
Be sure to turn them occasionally for even cooking
With about 5 minutes to go, brush with BBQ sauce
Serve with cooked rice
