Crispy Ranch Pork Chops

Ingredients

pork loin pork chops

c
crushed corn flakes
1
ranch dressing/dip mix packet
1 1/2
T
olive oil
1
egg
1
T
water
Instructions
Crush up corn flakes until you have 2 cups (approx 4 cups uncrushed)
Mix in one package of ranch dressing/dip mix until well combined
Drizzle oil all around the bowl and stir until mixture is well coated
In a separate bowl, whisk together egg and water
Take a chop and coat both sides in egg mixture
Put the chop in the breading mixture and coat liberally on both sides
Press breading into chop and add a little more
Place the chops in a greased baking dish
Cook in the oven on 450 degrees for 20 minutes
