Medium Apples
We use Jonathan, Jonagold or Golden Delicious- Cored & Sliced (and peeled if you prefer)

Cinnamon

Sugar

Salt

Canola/Vegetable Oil

Tbsp
Butter
Instructions
Combine Cinnamon, Sugar and Salt in a large bowl.
Add apples and toss.
Heat oil in a non- skillet over medium heat.
Pour apple mixture in skillet.
Cook on medium, stirring occasionally until apples reduce and become tender.
Stir in butter and serve as is or with ice cream.
