Instructions
Combine eggs, applesauce, sugar, splenda and almond extract.
Add zucchini and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients well.
Combine wet and dry ingredients.
Bake in lightly greased loaf pans (1 hr) or bar pans (30 min) at 325 degrees until it passes the toothpick test.
