  • 4 boneless pork loin chops
  • 2 t seasoned salt
  • 1 t pepper
  • 1 c all-purpose flour
  • 2 t ground red pepper
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 T butter
  1. Mix together your flour, ground red pepper and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Sprinkle your pork chops with seasoned salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Coat your chops well in the flour mixture on both sides.
  4. Heat your olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Stir your butter into your olive oil.
  6. Place your pork chops in the hot skillet (all may not fit at once).
  7. Cook for 3-5 minutes on one side until golden brown.
  8. Turn over and cook until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145-160 degrees.
  9. Let them rest for at least 3 minutes prior to serving.
  10. Repeat cooking steps for any pork chops that wouldn't fit in the skillet the first time.
