Cheesy Pork Chop Potato Bake
Great pork chop and potato casserole from Gooseberry Patch's 303 'Round the Clock Recipes.

- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 6 Boneless Pork Chops
- seasoned salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheese- Divided
- 10 3/4 oz Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 28 oz Frozen O'brien Potatoes with peppers and onions
- 2 Tbsp Onion Soup Mix
Brown pork chops seasoned with salt and pepper in oil for 5 minutes on each side.
Mix 1/2 cup of the cheese with the remaining ingredients and spread into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
Top with pork chops and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and bake until cheese melts.
