Adapted from Spicy Salsa Twists in Gooseberry Patch's 303 Simple and Satisfying Recipes
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz pkg whole grain rotini pasta
- 1 can 10 ¾ oz tomato soup
- 1 c salsa
- ½ c milk
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese divided
- Optional: sour cream tortilla chips
Brown your ground beef and drain.
Cook your rotini according to the package.
Mix together your beef, rotini, soup, salsa, milk and ½ cup of your cheese in a skillet.
Cook over medium heat until everything is heated through and your cheese melted.
Sprinkle the rest of your shredded cheese on top.
Serve it up with some sour cream and tortilla chips.
