Peachy Pork Kabobs

Pork & Peach Kabobs from Gooseberry Patch's Grilling & Campfire Cooking

  • 2 peaches halved, pitted and cut into 6 wedges
  • 1 sweet onion cut into 6 wedges
  • 1 1/2 lbs of pork tenderloin cut into cubes
  • 6-8 skewers
  • honey bbq sauce
  • cooked brown rice


  • Cut your peach and onion slices in half across the middle so that they are chunks
  • Take your skewers and slide on your pieces of pork, peach and onion on it
  • Make sure you alternate as you go leaving space between your pieces
  • Place skewers on your grill over medium-high heat for approximately 15 minutes, until the juices run clear
  • Be sure to turn them occasionally for even cooking
  • With about 5 minutes to go, brush with BBQ sauce
  • Serve with cooked rice
