Cinnamon Roll Monkey Bread Cake

  • 3/4 Cup Chopped Pecans
  • 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar- Packed
  • 1/2 Cup Butter- Melted
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 12 oz Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls


  • Combine all ingredients (except the cinnamon rolls) in a large bowl.
  • Open Cinnamon Rolls and set aside icing.
  • Cut each individual roll into quarters and place in mixture bowl.
  • Toss to coat and spoon into a tube pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake at 350 for 30-40 until baked through and deeply golden.
  • Cool in the pan for 10 minutes and then flip onto a serving plate.
  • Spread the icing all over the cake and serve warm.
