Decadent cinnamon-pecan cake made from cinnamon rolls! Cinnamon Roll Monkey Bread Cake
- 3/4 Cup Chopped Pecans
- 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar- Packed
- 1/2 Cup Butter- Melted
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 12 oz Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls
Combine all ingredients (except the cinnamon rolls) in a large bowl.
Open Cinnamon Rolls and set aside icing.
Cut each individual roll into quarters and place in mixture bowl.
Toss to coat and spoon into a tube pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 until baked through and deeply golden.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes and then flip onto a serving plate.
Spread the icing all over the cake and serve warm.
