Wonderful make-ahead breakfast casserole that brings the flavors of fall to life ~ Pumpkin Pie French Toast Casserole.

Ingredients

Loaf Hawaiian Bread- cut into 1 inch slices or cubes

Eggs- Beaten

Cup- Egg Substitute
or two additional beaten eggs

Half and Half
1 1/2
Cup
Milk
1/4
tsp
Salt

Vanilla

Tbsp
Pumpkin Pie Spice

Brown Sugar-Packed

Butter- Cut Up
Instructions
Spray 9 x13 pan with cooking spray and place bread in pan.
Combine remaining ingredients (except butter) in a bowl and pour over bread.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Dot with butter and bake in at 350 uncovered for 40-45 minutes.
Serve with syrup.
