Crockpot Hawaiian Honey Pork Roast

This yummy roast will having your guests taking a double take when they discover it is from the crockpot!

Ingredients

  • 3 lb Pork Roast I used Tenderloin
  • 5 Whole Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 2 T Orange Juice
  • 2 T Honey
  • 1 T Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Browning and Seasoning Sauce
  • 1 1/2 T Cornstarch
  • 2 T Cold Water
  • Optional: Broiled Pineapple

Instructions

  • Broil roast for 15 minutes
  • Press cloves into the top of the roast and season with spices.
  • Combine remaining ingredients except cornstarch and water and pour over the roast once it is in the crockpot.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 (my crockpot cooked much faster than the original 10-12 on low or 6-7 on high)
