Fantastic versatile crust that is crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. VERY freezer friendly crust- in fact, it is better after a night in the freezer.

Ingredients
1 1/3CupWater
2TCanola Oil
3/4tSalt
2CupsWhole Wheat Flour
2CupsWhite Flour
1Envelope Yeast
1 1/2CupPizza Sauce
1 1/2CupFresh Spinach- Chopped
1/2CupGreen Pepper- Chopped
1CupMushrooms- Chopped
1/2CupRed Onion- Chopped
1 1/2CupShredded Mozzarella2%
4Medium Tomatoes- Sliced into 6 slices
1 8ozBall of Fresh Mozzarella
SaltPepper and Basil to taste
Instructions
Pour first 6 ingredients into a bread machine in the order listed and place on dough cycle.
Divide finished dough in half and then cut in half again.
Take each quarter and make 6 mini pizza crusts.
Broil pizza crusts for 3 minutes, then remove, cool completely and freeze or begin making mini pizzas.
Take frozen or fresh crust and add 1 T sauce, veggies (except tomato) and then shredded cheese.
Top with tomato- seasoned with salt, pepper and basil.
Finish off with a few pieces of fresh mozzarella.
Bake at 425 for 3 minutes and then finish in the broiler for 2 more minutes.
