Rustic Peach Tart

  • 4 Cups Fresh or Frozen Peaches
  • 1 1/2 T Cinnamon
  • 2/3 Cup Flour
  • 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 4 Cups Prepared Always Ready Pie Crust


  • Roll out pie crust dough and place into a cookie sheet.
  • Mix remaining ingredients and pour into the center of the dough.
  • Fold sides of dough up and pinch closed to keep peach mixture inside crust.
  • Brush edges with water and garnish with sugar.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes and reduce heat to 350 degrees for an additional 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.
