Rustic Peach Tart

- 4 Cups Fresh or Frozen Peaches
- 1 1/2 T Cinnamon
- 2/3 Cup Flour
- 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 4 Cups Prepared Always Ready Pie Crust
Roll out pie crust dough and place into a cookie sheet.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour into the center of the dough.
Fold sides of dough up and pinch closed to keep peach mixture inside crust.
Brush edges with water and garnish with sugar.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes and reduce heat to 350 degrees for an additional 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.
