  • Prepared Sirloin Steak- sliced
  • Lettuce or Greens
  • Shallot- sliced
  • 2 Pears- sliced
  • Blue Cheese
  • Red Wine Vinaigrette
  • 1/2 T Dried Tarragon 1 T fresh
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  1. Arrange greens, shallot and pears in serving bowls.
  2. Add steak slices and blue cheese.
  3. Combine dressing with tarragon and salt and pepper and drizzle over each salad.
