4 Minute Peanut Butter Fudge

  • 2 Sticks of Butter plus more to butter pan
  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 t. Vanilla


  • Place butter and peanut butter in a microwaveable bowl.
  • Place plastic wrap over top and cook on high for 2 minutes in the microwave.
  • Stir.
  • Cover and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Stir.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  • Stir until evenly combined.
  • Pour into an 8 x8 dish that has been lined with wax paper and buttered.
  • Spread evenly and then cover with another sheet of wax paper.
  • Place in the fridge for 2 hours.
  • Slice into 64 one-inch pieces.
