  • 8-12 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • Family Size Cream of Mushroom Soup Low Fat
  • 1 Can of Mushrooms Drained
  • 1/2 Cup of Sherry
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  1. Line your slow cooker with a liner
  2. Place chicken in the slow cooker
  3. Add mushrooms, sherry, salt and pepper
  4. Pour soup on top
  5. Cook on high for 6 hours.
