Grandma served as accountability partner for LittleD (oh, so many years ago, now! Melancholy for potty training… naaa.)
Anyway, Grandma bought her "big girl" panties, then called every night to make sure she kept them dry.
Worked great! She loved the positive feedback from someone important.

We have a four year old with autism we are trying to potty train and a soon to be 3 year old with ADHD who isn’t trained yet. They both disrobe and play in their diapers. We actually invented some clothing that helps the situation. It is called The Wonder Jumper and it is a romper sleeper that zips in the back. Both my girls are great, except at night. they are very hard sleepers, so I am just trying to be patient. The doctor says there isn't too much I can do; they have to figure this one out when their bodies are ready. 🙁 Bear is closer than Tink, much to Tink's dismay. My heart breaks for her.

He knew how, just stubbornly refused. From the 1st day of preschool this fall, ta da! He miraculously started using the toilet himself. He just needed a good shake up to his routine. 🙂
