In reply to Rosaritasyardsale. I believe it had frozen green beans, corn, potatoes, carrots, peas, okra, etc. I have made it before with different mixes. Adding frozen green beans or only what your family will enjoy will work just fine... and yes, it had bite size potatoes in it.

What was in your frozen veggie soup mix? the one I found has carrots, onion and potato. if I’m already using onion and carrots, would it be better just to add some frozen green beans? We can’t add corn. did yours have potato?
