When Betty comes to town

By golly, look who came to town… Betty Crocker.

Look at her with all her charm and grace. Isn’t she pretty? Like her apron too… wonder where she stole…errr… got that from 😉
Looks like a scene straight out of the 1950’s. She was quite proud of her P dub Cheddar Puffs. So prim and proper…
Never would have known that as a kid she actually made a sugar cookie that refused to bake… which resulted in one impatient older sister getting in a lot of trouble for leaving little sis at home with the oven on and the said unbake-able cookies…I am scarred I tell ya.  Dratted ole lil sisters… maybe I am a little bitter.
Oh wait…
There is the Aunt Lou we all know and love.
She couldn’t hide it very long.
Somehow I am feelin’ better about the sugar cookie incident of 1990.
Oh and turns out  little sisters are good for making cheddar puffs… These were quite yummy.
 Addie approved even.
Thanks Aunt Lou!!!
I think we’ll keep ya.
Just don’t go baking no unsupervised sugar cookies-k 😉
