I like to make chicken enchiladas for a potluck, but if entertaining for a game or something, hot dips work well,,, such as a warm bacon dip and a chili queso!

I re-pinned the Sherry mushroom crock pot chicken because I LOVE cooking with Sherry and love using the crock pot even more! I am going to try this with fresh mushrooms, though, and will make my own white sauce instead of using the soup due to gluten allergies, I’m sure it will be just as good.
