I made these this weekend for my son's first communion brunch. We had 26 people for brunch and I made three batches. These along with sausage gravy were the hit of the day! Multiple people asked for the recipe and my family is asking to have them for breakfast tomorrow. Super easy to make. I used the greek yogurt version. The biscuits were buttery, fluffy and substantial all at the same time. I made them the night before and they reheated perfectly the next morning in the oven. I found that they needed to bake for roughly 15 minutes in my oven to get a really nice golden color.
