ALL GOODE MEDIA, LLC COOKIE NOTICE
Revised: December 4, 2025
This Cookie Notice explains how All Goode Media, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies (“Cookies,” as defined herein) on https://www.recipesthatcrock.com and https://www.goodenessgracious.com (the “Websites”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. By continuing to browse or use the Websites, you agree to the placement of cookies as described below. Cookies load by default as described below, subject to the opt-out choices we provide.
1. ABOUT COOKIES
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. We also use similar technologies such as pixels, tags, SDKs, scripts, local storage, and device identifiers. These technologies are widely used to make websites work, to improve user experience, and to provide reporting information. Cookies may be “session” cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or “persistent” cookies (stored until they expire or you delete them). Cookies may be set by the site owner (“First-Party Cookies”) or by third parties providing services to the Websites (“Third-Party Cookies”).
2. TYPES OF COOKIES WE USE
We use the following categories of cookies on the Websites:
- Strictly Necessary: These Cookies are essential to operate the Websites, enable security features, prevent fraud, and allow you to move around and use basic functionality. Because they are necessary for the Websites to work, you cannot opt out of them via our cookie tools, but you can set your browser to block them (some parts of the Websites may not function properly).
- Performance/Analytics:These Cookies help us understand how visitors use the Websites (for example, which pages are visited most frequently) so we can measure and improve performance, fix errors, and develop new features. Where feasible, we configure analytics providers as service providers/contractors, disable advertising features, and use aggregated or de-identified reporting. Analytics may still collect identifiers and device information (e.g., cookie IDs and truncated or hashed IP addresses).
- Targeting/Advertising: These Cookies are set by us and our advertising partners to deliver relevant content and measure the effectiveness of campaigns. These may track browsing habits across websites.
3. SPECIFIC COOKIES WE USE
The specific cookies and partners on our Websites may change from time to time. The list below provides illustrative examples of providers and purposes and is not an exhaustive list. We maintain an internal cookie inventory and update it periodically. Retention periods vary by cookie; many analytics cookies persist for up to 13 months, while session cookies expire when you close your browser. Advertising cookies may persist longer unless you delete them or opt out.
- Strictly Necessary: Cloudflare and similar security services for bot management and Website protection.
- Performance/Analytics: Google Analytics and similar analytics tools to understand Websites’ usage and improve performance, with IP anonymization where feasible and applicable settings to limit data retention. Error monitoring and performance telemetry tools (e.g., Datadog RUM or similar).
- Targeting/Advertising: On-site engagement tools (e.g., OptinMonster or similar) for returning visitor recognition. Advertising and identity partners (e.g., ID5, Triplelift (3lift) or similar) that support ad delivery, measurement, and identity matching across contexts.
4. YOUR CHOICES AND CONTROLS
You have several options to control or limit how cookies are used:
- Browser/Device Settings. Most browsers allow you to manage cookies through their settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. If you block cookies, parts of the Websites may not function properly.
- Internet-based Advertising opt out. You can opt out of certain targeted advertising via industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) and Network Advertising Initiative (NAI). These opt outs are browser- and device-specific and may rely on cookies to remember your choice. If you clear cookies or use a different browser/device, you will need to opt out again.
- Do Not Sell or Share/Targeting Advertising opt out. Under some U.S. state laws (e.g., California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia), the use of advertising Cookies and similar technologies may constitute a “sale,” “share,” or “targeted advertising.” You can exercise your opt-out right by using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” (or “Customize My Ad Experience”) link available on the Websites. We will apply your preference to the browser and device you use when you submit the request. When you opt out, we will limit or disable the setting and use of third-party advertising and measurement cookies to the extent required by applicable law.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC) and similar signals. Where required by law, we recognize certain browser-based opt-out signals such as GPC as a request to opt out of “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” for the browser that sends the signal. If your browser sends GPC, we will treat it as an opt-out and will limit or disable third-party advertising and measurement Cookies for that browser to the extent required.
5. DATA SHARING AND THIRD PARTIES
We may share information collected via Cookies with service providers who process data on our behalf, as well as with third-party advertising and measurement partners. For advertising Cookies, partners may use the information for their own purposes consistent with their privacy policies, which may include combining information across sites and apps. You can limit such uses by exercising the opt-out choices described above.
6. CHILDREN’S INFORMATION
Our Websites are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly place cookies to collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at [email protected] with “Minor Data Collected Notification” in the subject line.
7. RETENTION
We retain Cookie-derived information for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Cookie Notice and consistent with our Privacy Policy, taking into account the Cookie’s lifespan, applicable legal requirements, and our operational needs. You can delete cookies at any time using your browser settings.
8. INTERNATIONAL VISITORS
The Websites are intended for users located in the United States. If you access the Websites from outside the U.S., you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries with different data protection laws.
9. CHANGES TO THIS COOKIE NOTICE
We may update this Cookie Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will post the updated notice and revise the “Revised” date above. Your continued use of the Websites after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
