I have been saving all vegetable scraps, like heads of carrots, peels of onions and garlic any little piece of a vegetable I would normally throw out. I boil it up with water with a Bayleaf and some seasoning. I have vegetable broth in my freezer all the time for any recipe, I need broth and it has been really fun to see how much stuff I would normally throw away. My husband calls it garbage broth.

I have made this recipe for several years. Now that we are empty nesters, I cook 2 thighs or breasts.
I tried this Crockpot Crab Rangoon Dip for a game night, and it was a huge hit! The creaminess paired with the crispy wontons made for the perfect combo. I’ll definitely be making this again—thank you for such a delicious recipe!
