I made these for dinner last night. They are delicious! Another “why didn’t I think of this”! I used Jiffy cornbread mix and turkey hot dogs (and cheese). I didn’t spray my muffin pan well enough and they stuck a little, next time I’ll put parchment paper in the cups. Also, I’ll make 15 instead of 12 and cut the hot dogs smaller. Another home run!
