					<description><![CDATA[Thanks for posting.  Anything with sloppy joe has got to be good, right?!  LOL!  I made too many BBQ beans for dinner tonight and was looking around for a way to turn them into soup for another meal, maybe with a nice grilled cheese sandwich.  Ironically, I did use half sloppy joe, half BBQ and a half can of diced tomatoes (to 2 cans of pork-n-beans).  Now I&#039;ve seen your recipe, I am thinking, what the heck, throw in that cup and half of left over spaghetti sauce (that&#039;ll stand for the minestrone), some italian sausage, some mixed veggies, pinto beans and I should be good!  I see you have cream of potato and I&#039;m not feeling that right now... but I have some instant potatoes that were given to me (I wondered what I would do with them) so I will take a scoop or two of the soup in a separate pan and see if the potatoes are a go or not.  If it&#039;s good, I&#039;ll post back and stand corrected on the potato addition.  (-:]]></description>
