There’s this place called Marco’s Restaurant at 54th and Keystone, and they have a barbecue chicken salad I’ve been obsessed with ever since I moved here. This salad reminds me of that. Good to know I can make your version at home, for much cheaper! There’s just something about barbecue and ranch together. Mmmm.
