					<description><![CDATA[Made these last night and they were fantastic! Only thing I changed was heating the ingredients in my copper frying pan rather than making kabobs. Faster and did want to startup grill. Served with rice. I used sweet and spicy Bbq sauce. Definitely a keeper!]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I put the Turkey (Smoked &#038; Roasted) with a little meat left  on them,  I also save the ham bone along with some meat on it,

I wrap each one separately in foil and then place in a large freezer bag.

When I want to cook beans (any kind)  I grab either the turkey or ham and my crock pot.  Saves money and is always eaten.]]></description>
