Pork Chops and Gravy copy

Dear Reader-

This recipe couldn’t be easier.

A go-to so to speak… ya know when you forgot to make pork chops the other night and that expiration date is staring you down…

What? Am I the only one that gets the ugly eye from her refrigerator shelf?

Gooseberry Patch

I altered the original recipe from Gooseberry Patch’s Slow Cooking All Year ‘Round (Psst… Have you entered to win a copy yet?) for my On the Lighter Side Series.

Crockpot Pork Chops

This one was easy to adapt… It originally called for 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup and 2 Jars of Pork Gravy.

Cream of Mushroom

I just substituted the Gravy for another can of the lightened up Cream of Mushroom Soup and didn’t miss the gravy 😉

Now if you don’t like the Cream Soups, you may want to skip this one… as for me and mine, we loved it!

Below is the recipe after I altered it.
