This recipe couldn’t be easier.
A go-to so to speak… ya know when you forgot to make pork chops the other night and that expiration date is staring you down…
What? Am I the only one that gets the ugly eye from her refrigerator shelf?
This one was easy to adapt… It originally called for 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup and 2 Jars of Pork Gravy.
I just substituted the Gravy for another can of the lightened up Cream of Mushroom Soup and didn’t miss the gravy 😉
Now if you don’t like the Cream Soups, you may want to skip this one… as for me and mine, we loved it!
Below is the recipe after I altered it.
Serving size: 229
- 2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup (Fat Free or Healthy Request)
- 1 Pack Onion Soup Mix
- 8 Boneless Pork Chops
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Add Pork Chops to Crockpot
- Sprinkle on seasoning and onion soup mix
- Top with soup and cook on low for 6-8 hours
